The CSHZ-15 1.5 ton electric forklift is the entry-capacity model in the CSHZ series. It is designed for warehouses, workshops, production areas, and indoor logistics operations handling loads of up to 1,500 kg at a 600 mm load center.
The forklift uses a compact 2,320 mm chassis excluding the forks, a 72V 70Ah Tianneng battery, a 4 kW permanent-magnet synchronous traction motor, and a 3 kW lifting motor. Its maximum lifting height is 3,000 mm.
When the CSHZ-15 Is the Right Capacity
Choose the CSHZ-15 when normal loads remain comfortably below 1,500 kg and keeping vehicle weight down is important. It shares the same 2,320 mm chassis length, 1,160 mm width, and 2,680 mm turning radius as the CSHZ-20 and CSHZ-25, but its 2.25-ton curb weight is 700 kg lower than the CSHZ-20.
Moving to the CSHZ-20 adds 500 kg of rated capacity while retaining the same listed external dimensions and 72V 70Ah battery configuration. If everyday loads frequently approach 1,500 kg, that additional capacity may be more useful than selecting the lightest model in the range.
Final selection should account for pallet dimensions, load center, attachments, lifting height, floor capacity, aisle geometry, and site gradient. Confirm the required capacity against the approved load chart rather than relying on the rated load alone.
