The CSTAR Machinery CSJ-LJ1000 crawler lawn mower provides a 1,000 mm cutting width and a listed mowing efficiency of 4,000 m²/h. Its 20–150 mm cutting-height range is suited to work that combines routine grass cutting with taller vegetation clearance.
The model is listed with two power choices: a KOOP 192 diesel engine or a Rato 500 cc, 17 hp gasoline engine. With a machine weight of 410 kg and a 1,600 × 1,220 × 890 mm body, the LJ1000 is aimed at open routes where cutting output takes priority over minimum transport weight.
Use the 1,000 mm Cutting Width Where the Route Stays Open
A wider cutter reduces the number of passes only when the machine can move without repeated detours around trees, narrow gates and fixed obstacles. The LJ1000 needs 1,220 mm of machine width and 1,600 mm of length before operating clearance is added, so access must be measured with the complete body dimensions.
Compared with the 800 mm CSJ-QL800, the LJ1000 adds 200 mm of cutting width and 200 m²/h of listed mowing efficiency. It also adds 155 kg of machine weight. The larger model therefore makes most sense when its wider pass can remain productive across substantial open ground.
If a job involves frequent loading, soft access ground or confined turns, the lighter 800 mm platform may be more practical even though its cutter is narrower. The choice should be based on the complete route, not the highest efficiency figure alone.
Specify Diesel or Gasoline Before Quotation
The KOOP 192 diesel engine and the Rato 500 cc, 17 hp gasoline engine are alternative power configurations. State the preferred fuel type in the inquiry so the ordered engine and its service requirements are clearly identified.
The listed fuel tank capacity is 5.5 L and the engine oil capacity is 1.2 L. A rated fuel-consumption figure is not included in the current specification, so daily fuel planning should be based on the selected engine and the expected workload rather than an assumed hourly rate.
A 24 V / 40 Ah electrical system is also specified. The listed 45° climbing ability should not be read as permission to mow every slope of that angle; safe operation depends on slope direction, ground traction, surface firmness, vegetation, obstacles and the final machine configuration.

CSJ-LJ1000 FAQ
Is the CSJ-LJ1000 diesel or gasoline powered?
It is listed with a KOOP 192 diesel option and a Rato 500 cc, 17 hp gasoline option. Specify the required engine when requesting a quotation.
Does a 1,000 mm cutting width mean the mower is 1,000 mm wide?
No. The complete machine is 1,220 mm wide. Use that full dimension, plus working clearance, when checking gates, paths, ramps and trailers.
Will the mower always cover 4,000 m² in one hour?
No. The table gives a listed efficiency of 4,000 m²/h. Actual coverage changes with vegetation density, overlap, turns, obstacles, slope and ground conditions.
