The CSTAR CSHP-BY30 3 ton semi-electric pallet truck combines powered travel with manual hydraulic lifting. A 300 × 100 mm off-road drive wheel differentiates it from the polyurethane-wheel BX30.
The BY30 is aimed at short outdoor or mixed-surface routes where electric travel reduces pushing effort but lift frequency remains suitable for manual operation.

A Semi-Electric Layout for Mixed-Surface Travel
The 1.2 kW drive motor handles horizontal movement, while the lifting system remains manual. This arrangement should be evaluated by travel distance and lift-cycle count separately: a long route may benefit from powered travel even when only a few pallets are raised during the shift.
At 195 kg with a 1,550 mm turning radius, the truck still needs adequate maneuvering space and a surface that remains within its laden gradeability and clearance limits.
BY30 or BX30: Start with the Floor
Choose the BY30 where the larger rubber wheel is required for outdoor paving and uneven transitions. The lighter BX30 uses a compact polyurethane wheel for suitable indoor floors; pallet dimensions and the 3,000 kg rated load remain separate checks in either case.
