The CSHZ-40 4 ton electric forklift is the highest-capacity model in the CSHZ range presented here. It is designed for industrial warehouses, manufacturing plants, and logistics operations handling loads of up to 4,000 kg at a 600 mm load center.
The CSHZ-40 combines a Tianneng 72V 140Ah battery with a 13 kW permanent-magnet synchronous traction motor and a 10 kW lifting motor. Its maximum lifting height is 3,000 mm, and its listed curb weight is 4.6 t.
When to Select the CSHZ-40 Instead of the CSHZ-35
Compared with the CSHZ-35, the CSHZ-40 adds 500 kg of rated capacity and increases traction motor output from 10 kW to 13 kW. Both models use the same listed chassis dimensions, 3,000 mm turning radius, 72V 140Ah battery, and 10 kW lifting motor, while the CSHZ-40 adds 400 kg of curb weight.
The 4-ton model is most relevant when normal loads exceed 3,500 kg or when the application needs additional capacity margin after accounting for load center, attachments, and lifting height. If loads remain comfortably below 3,500 kg, the CSHZ-35 may meet the requirement without the extra vehicle weight and traction output.
