The CSDS-20 2 ton electric forklift is designed for warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics applications handling loads of up to 2,000 kg at a 500 mm load center. It provides a higher-capacity step from the CSDS-15 while retaining the same 1,150 mm overall width.
The forklift combines 4 kW AC drive and lifting motors with a 60V 70Ah battery system. It offers a 3,000 mm unloaded lifting height, a 1,550 mm minimum turning radius, and a listed unloaded vehicle weight of 2,600 kg.
When to Move from the CSDS-15 to the CSDS-20
Compared with the CSDS-15, the CSDS-20 adds 500 kg of rated capacity and increases both drive and lifting motor output from 3 kW to 4 kW. Chassis length increases by 150 mm and unloaded weight increases by 200 kg.
Both models retain the same 1,150 mm width, 1,550 mm turning radius, travel speeds, lifting speeds, 3,000 mm lift height, and 60V 70Ah battery specification. The CSDS-20 also lists a cast-steel heavy-duty drive axle instead of the sheet-metal drive axle specified for the CSDS-15.
Choose the CSDS-20 when normal loads exceed the practical range of the 1.5-ton model but remain below 2,000 kg. Capacity selection should still account for load center, attachments, pallet dimensions, and lifting height.
