When the Smaller CSNS-15 Platform Is the Better Fit
Compared with the CSNS-30, the CSNS-15 is 676 mm shorter using the CSNS-30 platform-down length, 226 mm narrower, and has a turning radius 825 mm smaller. Those differences can be more important than maximum capacity in narrow storage and production layouts.
The CSNS-15 is rated for half the load of the CSNS-30 and uses a different electrical configuration: 48V 32Ah with a 0.8 kW drive motor and 2.2 kW lifting motor, compared with the CSNS-30 24V 210Ah battery and dual 3 kW motor ratings. These specifications should be matched to actual travel distance, lifting frequency, and charging access.
Choose the CSNS-15 when loads remain comfortably below 1,500 kg and the smaller footprint is valuable. Confirm the pallet format carefully: the listed aisle requirement is 2,560 mm for a 1,200 × 1,000 mm pallet and 2,495 mm for an 800 × 1,200 mm pallet.
