The CSHF-D20 2 ton double-lift electric stacker combines powered travel and lifting with electrically raised support legs. It is designed for applications that need both pallet stacking and additional chassis clearance when crossing door thresholds, ramps, or uneven sections of a route.
The listed 2,000 kg model uses a 2 kW drive motor, a 3 kW lifting pump, and an electronic brake. Fork ground clearance is adjustable from 90 to 160 mm, while the fork assembly measures 1,150 × 190 × 60 mm.
Extra Ground Clearance for Thresholds and Ramps
The D-series is defined by its electrically raised support-leg arrangement. A listed 90–160 mm clearance range allows the chassis position to be adjusted when the route crosses a doorway threshold, short ramp, or uneven transition that can obstruct a conventional low-clearance stacker.
The CSHF-D20 applies that function to loads up to 2,000 kg, supported by a 2 kW drive motor and 3 kW lifting pump. Its approximate 650 kg basic weight should be considered when checking floor loading and ramp access.
Measure the highest obstruction on the route and the pallet opening before configuration. If the same route carries no more than 1,500 kg, the CSHF-D15 provides the double-lift function with a smaller powertrain; mast height and battery capacity are specified separately for either model.
