The CSHF-BB20 2 ton semi-electric stacker uses powered hydraulic lifting with manual travel. It is intended for short-distance pallet movement and intermittent stacking where a fully powered drive system is not required.
Five lift-height configurations are listed from 1,600 to 3,500 mm. Each uses 1,100 mm forks, a 320–680 mm adjustable fork width, a 1.6 kW lifting motor, and a 12V 120Ah battery.
Selecting the CSHF-BB20 by Load and Lift Height
The first decision is load capacity: the CSHF-BB20 is rated for 2,000 kg across all five listed mast options. The second decision is the highest required fork position, which determines the mast configuration and lowered overall height.
Compared with the CSHF-BB10, the principal difference is rated capacity; the listed fork length, adjustable fork range, minimum fork height, chassis length, motor, and battery are otherwise the same. Choose the higher-capacity model only when the verified load requires it.
Because horizontal travel is manual, route length, floor slope, surface condition, doorway clearance, and expected handling frequency should be reviewed together with the load and lift height.
