The CSHF-C20 2 ton full-electric counterbalance stacker is presented as a legless, stand-on model for pallets and non-standard loads that may not be compatible with conventional straddle-leg stackers. It is rated for 2,000 kg at a 500 mm load center.
The CSHF-C20 provides a standard 3,000 mm lifting height, a 1,020 mm overall width, and an overall length of 2,151 mm with the footboard down or 1,730 mm with it raised. Drive and lifting motor output are listed at 2 kW and 3 kW.
When a Counterbalance Legless Stacker Is the Better Layout
A counterbalance layout can be useful when pallet openings, load overhang, or non-standard goods prevent support legs from entering beneath or around the load. The CSHF-C20 is therefore a layout choice as much as a capacity choice.
The stand-on platform can be raised to reduce overall length by 421 mm when not in use. At the same time, the 1,020 mm body width, 50 mm minimum fork height, 3,000 mm lift height, and specified fork geometry must be checked against the pallet and aisle layout.
Before publishing or ordering, confirm the chassis drawing: the supplied marketing description calls the model legless, while the specification table still contains inside and outside widths “between outriggers.” The fork-size order and wheel-material abbreviation also require confirmation.
