The CSTAR CSHP-BX30 3 ton semi-electric pallet truck uses powered travel with manual hydraulic lifting. Its polyurethane drive wheel and 685 mm maximum fork-outside width are intended for pallet movement on suitable indoor floors.
This configuration is useful when powered horizontal movement is needed but the operating frequency does not justify a fully powered lifting system.

Powered Travel Without an Electric Lift Motor
The 1.2 kW drive motor moves the truck, while fork lifting remains manual. This division keeps the electrical system focused on travel and should be considered against the number of lift cycles required during a shift.
The removable 48V battery can be charged on or away from the truck, allowing charging arrangements to be planned around the warehouse rather than a fixed parking position.
Choose BX30 or BY30 by the Travel Surface
The BX30 uses a compact polyurethane drive wheel and weighs 165 kg. For outdoor transitions or rougher surfaces, the CSHP-BY30 uses a larger 300 × 100 mm off-road wheel and a heavier 195 kg chassis while retaining manual lifting.
