The CSHZ-20 2 ton electric forklift is the middle-capacity model on the compact CSHZ platform. It is designed for warehouse, manufacturing, and indoor logistics applications handling loads of up to 2,000 kg at a 600 mm load center.
The CSHZ-20 combines a 2,320 mm chassis length excluding the forks with a 72V 70Ah Tianneng battery, a 5 kW permanent-magnet synchronous traction motor, and a 4 kW lifting motor. Its maximum lifting height is 3,000 mm.
Choosing Between the CSHZ-15, CSHZ-20, and CSHZ-25
The CSHZ-20 adds 500 kg of rated capacity over the CSHZ-15, together with an additional 1 kW of traction power and 1 kW of lifting power. Both models retain the same listed chassis dimensions, turning radius, lifting height, and battery specification, while the CSHZ-20 curb weight increases from 2.25 t to 2.95 t.
The CSHZ-25 provides another 500 kg of capacity on the same external dimensions, with a 7.5 kW traction motor and 5 kW lifting motor. Choose the CSHZ-20 when loads commonly exceed 1,500 kg but remain comfortably below 2,000 kg; evaluate the CSHZ-25 if daily loads regularly approach the 2-ton rating.
Pallet size, load center, attachments, lifting height, floor loading, aisle geometry, and gradients can affect the correct choice. Confirm the required capacity against the approved load chart before ordering.
