The CSHZ-30 3 ton electric forklift is the entry model on the larger CSHZ platform. It is designed for warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics operations handling loads of up to 3,000 kg at a 600 mm load center.
The CSHZ-30 uses a 72V 140Ah Tianneng battery, a 10 kW permanent-magnet synchronous traction motor, and a 7.5 kW lifting motor. Its chassis measures 2,770 mm without forks, and the maximum lifting height is 3,000 mm.
Moving from the CSHZ-25 to the CSHZ-30 Platform
The CSHZ-30 adds 500 kg of rated capacity over the CSHZ-25 and increases both traction and lifting motor output by 2.5 kW. Battery capacity rises from 70Ah to 140Ah, while curb weight increases from 3.5 t to 3.8 t.
That capacity increase comes with a larger footprint. Compared with the CSHZ-25, the CSHZ-30 is 450 mm longer without forks, 40 mm wider, and has a minimum turning radius 320 mm larger. These differences should be checked against aisle layout, door clearances, floor capacity, and transport requirements.
Choose the CSHZ-30 when loads exceed the practical range of the 2.5-ton model and the site can accommodate the larger chassis. If normal loads regularly approach 3,000 kg, compare the CSHZ-35 to determine whether additional capacity margin is required.
