The CSNS-D20 2 ton full-electric pallet stacker with guard arm is a rider-operated model rated for loads of up to 2,000 kg at a 500 mm load center. Its listed 830 mm overall width provides a substantially narrower chassis than the CSNS-20 support-leg configuration.
The CSNS-D20 combines a 0.8 kW drive motor, a 2.2 kW lifting motor, and a 48V 32Ah battery. It measures 2,040 mm long, has a 1,500 mm turning radius, and weighs 690 kg with the battery.
How the CSNS-D20 Differs from the CSNS-20 and CSNS-D15
Compared with the two-ton CSNS-20, the CSNS-D20 is 670 mm narrower and uses a 680 mm fork outside width instead of 1,000 mm. It is 60 mm longer, has a turning radius 50 mm larger, and weighs 110 kg more. Both models otherwise share the same main motor, battery, speed, and gradeability specifications.
The CSNS-D15 uses the same listed dimensions, wheels, motors, battery, speeds, and aisle requirements as the CSNS-D20. Moving to the D20 raises rated capacity from 1,500 kg to 2,000 kg, increases service weight by 130 kg, and raises laden lifting speed from 0.08 m/s to 0.09 m/s.
Choose the CSNS-D20 when the narrower chassis and 2,000 kg rating both match the application. Confirm the pallet opening, fork dimensions, load center, actual lift requirement, floor condition, and turning space before ordering.
