The CSHF-S15A 1.5 ton electric self-lifting stacker is a walkie-operated machine designed to travel with a delivery vehicle and assist with loading and unloading at destinations where fixed handling equipment may not be available. It is rated for 1,500 kg at a 400 mm load center.
The stacker measures 1,657 mm long and 802 mm wide, with a 1,250 mm fork length. Maximum fork-height options range from 800 mm to 1,600 mm, allowing the mast and total vehicle weight to be matched to the required loading height.
CSHF-S15A or CSHF-S10: Selecting a Self-Lifting Stacker
The CSHF-S15A adds 500 kg of capacity over the CSHF-S10 while using the same 48V 25Ah battery capacity and 0.8 kW drive motor rating. Their overall lengths are almost identical, but the S15A is 88 mm narrower.
The S10 lists a standard 1,300 mm lift height and a 420 kg service weight. The S15A offers eight fork-height options from 800 mm to 1,600 mm, with total weight ranging from 390 kg to 425 kg depending on the selected height. Fork arrangements also differ: 1,250 mm forks with 565/685 mm outside spacing for the S15A versus 1,200 mm forks with 620 mm outside width for the S10.
The S15A includes features intended for vehicle-loading work, including free lift, fork-tip guides, a movable middle wheel, anti-derailment protection, and mandatory speed limiting when the forks are raised. Select the final mast height and fork spacing against the delivery vehicle floor height and pallet specification.
