El CSAH-20 2 ton electric forklift is designed for warehouse storage, production support, and logistics operations handling loads of up to 2,000 kg. It provides more capacity and motor output than the CSAH-15 while retaining a 1,200 mm overall width.
The CSAH-20 uses a 60V electrical system with a 4 kW AC travel motor and a 4 kW hydraulic lifting motor. Its chassis measures 2,450 mm long excluding the forks, the standard lifting height is 3,000 mm, and the listed vehicle weight is 2,700 kg.
When to Move from the CSAH-15 to the CSAH-20
The CSAH-20 adds 500 kg of rated capacity over the CSAH-15. Travel motor output increases from 3 kW to 4 kW, and hydraulic lifting motor output rises from 2.5 kW to 4 kW. Both models use the same 60V system, five 70Ah batteries, 1,200 mm width, 3,000 mm lifting height, and listed 6–8 hour working time.
The additional capacity comes with a 200 mm increase in chassis length, a 50 mm increase in height, and 200 kg more vehicle weight. These differences should be checked against aisle clearance, door height, floor capacity, and transport arrangements rather than selecting on rated load alone.
Choose the CSAH-20 when normal loads exceed the practical range of the 1.5-ton model but remain below 2,000 kg. If loads frequently approach the rated limit, confirm the load center, pallet size, attachments, and required lift height before finalizing the configuration.
