The CSNS-30 3 ton full-electric ride-on pallet stacker with guard arm is designed for high-capacity pallet handling with loads of up to 3,000 kg at a 600 mm load center. It provides a maximum lifting height of 3,000 mm and a ride-on platform for material movement within warehouses and industrial facilities.
The CSNS-30 combines a 3 kW AC drive motor with a 3 kW DC hoist motor and a 24V 210Ah battery. Travel speed is listed at 6 km/h without load and 5.2 km/h with load.
CSNS-30 or CSNS-15: Two Different Capacity Classes
The CSNS-30 doubles the rated capacity of the CSNS-15 and uses a 600 mm load center instead of 500 mm. Its loaded travel speed is 5.2 km/h compared with 4.0 km/h for the CSNS-15, while drive motor output increases from 0.8 kW to 3 kW.
The higher capacity requires a substantially larger platform. The CSNS-30 measures 2,716 mm long with the ride-on platform and 1,046 mm wide, with a 2,275 mm turning radius. The CSNS-15 measures 2,040 mm long and 820 mm wide, with a 1,450 mm turning radius. The CSNS-30 weighs 1,501 kg without its 195 kg battery, while the CSNS-15 service weight is listed at 540 kg with battery.
The listed right-angle stacking aisle for a 1,200 × 1,000 mm pallet is 2,550 mm for the CSNS-30 and 2,560 mm for the CSNS-15. Because the measurement wording and platform conditions differ, confirm these figures against the final layout drawing before using them for aisle planning.
