The CSHF-Z20 2 ton stand-on electric stacker provides powered travel and lifting for pallet transport and stacking. The supplied configuration is rated for 2,000 kg and uses an electronic brake.
Its 1,150 × 180 × 50 mm forks have a 700 mm outer width and 340 mm inner width. A 2 kW drive motor and 3 kW lifting pump support the higher-capacity configuration.
Stand-On Control for Higher-Capacity Pallet Work
Stand-on operation is intended for routes where the operator repeatedly travels between storage and handling points instead of walking behind the truck. Electronic braking and powered travel support this operating pattern, while the 700 mm fork outer width defines the pallet interface.
For loads between 1,500 and 2,000 kg, the CSHF-Z20 provides the higher rating with a 2 kW drive motor and 3 kW lifting pump. Its approximate basic weight is 580 kg; operations that never exceed 1,500 kg can instead consider the lighter CSHF-Z15.
Mast height and battery capacity are selected separately from the supplied base specification. The quotation request should therefore identify the highest rack level, available overhead clearance, typical travel distance, and number of working hours per shift.
