The CSTAR CSHP-Y30 3 ton full-electric pallet truck uses a 300 × 100 mm solid-rubber drive wheel for routes that extend beyond smooth warehouse floors. Powered travel and lifting are provided by 1.5 kW and 1.2 kW motors.
Its removable 48V battery arrangement allows on-truck or off-truck charging, separating the charging location from the working route.

The drive-wheel size and rubber construction are intended for outdoor transitions, but the truck still has an 85 mm minimum fork height and a 1,550 mm turning radius. Inspect joints, ramps, loose debris, potholes, drainage channels, and loading-area space before approving the route.
