The CSTAR CSHP-H30 3 ton hand pallet truck is a fully manual model offered with multiple fork widths, wheel materials, and fork lengths. It is intended for short pallet transfers where powered travel is unnecessary.
Configuration matters as much as capacity: the pallet entry, load length, floor surface, and turning space determine which fork and wheel combination is usable.

Fork Length Is the Main Configuration Decision
Standard configurations pair 550 mm outside fork width with 1,100 mm forks and 685 mm width with 1,200 mm forks. Extended 685 mm versions are listed with 1,600, 1,800, or 2,000 mm forks for longer loads.
Long forks change turning space and load distribution. Provide the pallet or load dimensions and center of gravity instead of selecting an extended fork by length alone.
Select the Wheel Material for the Floor
Nylon, polyurethane, and aluminum-core rubber options are listed on the standard fork configurations. Floor protection, rolling resistance, noise, debris, temperature, and cleaning requirements should be reviewed before choosing the wheel material.
