The CSNS-20 2 ton full-electric pallet stacker with guard arm and support legs is designed for handling loads of up to 2,000 kg at a 500 mm load center. Its support-leg layout provides a listed 1,300 mm inside-leg width for compatible pallet and load arrangements.
The CSNS-20 uses a 0.8 kW drive motor, a 2.2 kW lifting motor, and a 48V 32Ah battery. It measures 1,980 mm long and 1,500 mm wide, with a 1,450 mm turning radius and a service weight of 580 kg.
CSNS-20 or CSNS-D20: Support-Leg Layout Versus Narrow Body
Both models are rated for 2,000 kg at a 500 mm load center and share the same listed motors, battery, travel speed, gradeability, mast heights, and pallet aisle-width figures. Their main difference is the chassis and fork layout.
The CSNS-20 is 1,500 mm wide and specifies a 1,300 mm inside-leg width with 1,000 mm fork outside width. The CSNS-D20 is only 830 mm wide, with a 680 mm fork outside width. The CSNS-20 is 60 mm shorter, has a turning radius 50 mm smaller, and is 110 kg lighter.
Select between the two models using the actual pallet entry direction, pallet opening, fork spacing, support-leg clearance, and aisle geometry. A two-ton rating alone does not establish whether the wider support-leg layout or narrower chassis is compatible with the load.
