The CSAF-50 5 ton electric forklift is built on a larger electrical and chassis platform than the smaller CSAF models. Rated lifting capacity is 5000kg and total vehicle weight is 5800kg.
The electrical system is 80V, with a 16kW brushless AC travel motor and a 23kW AC hydraulic lifting motor.
The Battery Specification Must Be Confirmed Before Ordering
Unlike the smaller CSAF models, the battery entry for the CSAF-50 is listed as Customer-supplied. That means battery chemistry, capacity and charger specification should be agreed during quotation rather than copied from another model in the range.
The source table also lists 4–6 hours charging time and 6–8 hours continuous working time. Because actual charging and runtime depend on the final battery and charger, these figures should be confirmed against the battery configuration selected for the order.
A Larger Chassis, Not Simply a Higher Capacity Rating
The CSAF-50 measures 3400mm without forks and 4420mm including forks. Its chassis uses a full-floating integrated heavy-duty low-speed drive axle, with 28×9-15 front tires and 650-10 rear tires. These dimensions and chassis components should be checked when replacing a smaller forklift with the 5 ton model, especially where access or working space is limited.
