The CSAE-25 2.5 ton electric forklift is designed for pallet handling, production support, warehouse storage, and logistics work with loads of up to 2,500 kg. It occupies the middle of the CSAE capacity range, giving operators more load capability than the 2-ton model without moving directly to the larger 3-ton configuration.
The CSAE-25 combines a 3,000 mm lifting height with a 60V electrical system, 5,000W AC travel motor, and 4,000W AC hydraulic motor. Its listed chassis size is 2,450 mm long excluding the forks and 1,200 mm wide, with a total vehicle weight of 3,400 kg.
Choosing Between the 2 Ton, 2.5 Ton, and 3 Ton Models
The CSAE-25 provides 500 kg more rated capacity than the CSAE-20 and 500 kg less than the CSAE-30. It is the practical middle choice when normal loads exceed 2,000 kg but remain below 2,500 kg, and when the additional size and vehicle weight of a 3-ton forklift are not required.
If loads regularly sit close to 2,500 kg, selection should account for the load center, attachments, lifting height, pallet dimensions, and future changes in the operation. In that situation, the CSAE-30 may provide more reserve capacity. If loads remain at or below 2,000 kg, compare the CSAE-20 before paying for capacity that will rarely be used.
The stated 6–8 hour continuous working time and 4–6 hour charging time suit many single-shift handling schedules. Before ordering, use the confirmed vehicle drawing to check aisle clearance, turning space, floor loading, door height, ramps, and the available charging window at the site.
