The CSAH-35 3.5 ton electric forklift is designed for industrial warehouses, manufacturing plants, and logistics operations handling loads of up to 3,500 kg. It represents a substantial step up in capacity, motor output, battery configuration, and chassis weight from the smaller CSAH models.
The forklift uses a 72V electrical system with a 10 kW AC travel motor and an 8 kW hydraulic lifting motor. Its chassis measures 2,800 mm long excluding the forks, the maximum lifting height is 3,000 mm, and the listed vehicle weight is 4,600 kg.
What Changes at the 3.5 Ton Capacity Level
The CSAH-35 is not simply a higher-rated version of the light-duty models. Compared with the supplied CSAH-20 specifications, it adds 1,500 kg of rated capacity, increases travel motor output from 4 kW to 10 kW, and doubles hydraulic lifting motor output from 4 kW to 8 kW. The electrical system also moves from 60V to 72V.
Those changes come with a larger and heavier platform. The CSAH-35 is 350 mm longer than the CSAH-20 and weighs 1,900 kg more. It also uses larger super-solid tires, a cast-steel 380 drive axle, and a widened mast configuration suited to the higher capacity.
Select the CSAH-35 when the operation genuinely requires loads above the range of smaller forklifts. Before ordering, confirm aisle and door clearances, floor capacity, transport limits, pallet dimensions, load center, attachment weight, lifting height, gradient, and the approved load chart.
