The CSDS-15 1.5 ton electric forklift is designed for warehouse, workshop, and production handling with loads of up to 1,500 kg at a 500 mm load center. Its compact dimensions and 1,550 mm minimum turning radius make it suitable for operations where maneuvering space must be planned carefully.
The CSDS-15 uses 3 kW AC drive and lifting motors, a 60V 70Ah battery system, and a 3,000 mm unloaded lifting height. Overall length is 2,200 mm without forks and 3,270 mm with forks.
How the CSDS-15 Compares with Other 1.5 Ton Models
The CSDS-15 and CSDF-15 share the same rated capacity, motor output, battery specification, travel speed, and turning radius. The CSDS-15 is 200 mm shorter, 50 mm narrower, and 100 kg lighter, while its listed laden lifting speed is 150 mm/s compared with 140 mm/s for the CSDF-15.
The CSDE-15 keeps the same 1,150 mm width but adds 1 kW to both drive and lifting motor output. It also moves from a 60V 70Ah five-battery configuration to a 72V 100Ah six-battery system and uses a cast-steel heavy-duty drive axle. The tradeoff is 250 kg more unloaded weight and 100 mm more chassis length than the CSDS-15.
